Community Affairs Specialist & Public Outreach

Barbara provides a unique expertise to our clients, having worked for the Florida Legislature and the largest Hispanic Construction Association in the country. Her work has positioned her to interface with and advise elected officials, business magnets and community stakeholders. Among many experiences, Barbara has served in political advocacy roles, assembled and led teams, overseen client initiatives, organized robust political and community events, drafted relevant legislative memoranda, developed client branding and messaging, spearheaded community outreach efforts and served as our client’s voice in the community.

Her unique experience provides for strategic planning, brand awareness, loyalty retention, large-scale event coordination, conflict management, social justice and diversity cultivation for EVSI’s clients.

Public Information Senior Manager

Bernardo, a.k.a. the man who knows no strangers, has a refreshing gift with words and an approachable style that gives him a leg up when helping EVSI’s clients plan and execute their public involvement plans, events and brand awareness. As our man in South Florida’s diverse communities, he has an innate ability to connect and communicate with our clients’ brands and company missions. Specializing in large infrastructure projects, Bernardo interfaces credibly with stakeholders, contractors and constituents alike in providing accurate and reliable information. Bernardo is a dedicated individual experienced in planning, producing, coordinating, developing and executing advertising, promotional and collateral materials. He provides EVSI with a level of professionalism who is creative and motivated in our ever changing diverse and fast-paced environment.

Public Information Specialist

Alfred is your family guy’s family guy and one of our public information field representatives. He takes care of our clients’ behind the scenes setup on site and supports day-of activates as necessary. Alfred also keeps our warehouse in check in order to optimize equipment delivery time. No setup or breakdown is too big or too small for Alfred. He’s got you covered!

Carmen runs the show around the EVSI office, making everyone feel at home from the moment you walk in or at our clients’ events. On top of knowing how to pour an entire colada without spilling a drop, Carmen is our top-of-the-line office manager, and a public information field representative, who keeps things running smoothly.
